Problem:
Criteria are the conditions for the Case to be discussed from the perspective of Two
personalities discussed in the case. These are the standards/norms that guide the evaluation.
The characters are expected to take the decision considering the following criteria,
• The evaluation must fit the situation.
• Increase the work performance of Kirby

• Enhance the motivation of Kirby
• Maintain the situation without hampering the relations

Evaluation of Criteria:
• Counseling should be made available from the management side so that Kirby, one of
the employees, can develop his personality.
• James should start wellness initiatives for his staff members as well, to help them
unwind mentally.
• The employee's performance will improve thanks to the biannual appraisal scheme.
• The organisation will be able to improve its working process with 360-degree
feedback from all parties.

Conclusion:
James should give his staff counselling as his top priority. so that they can unwind mentally.
Additionally, it aids Kirby in realising that he must conquer his impatient disposition, which
finally leads to this performance.
