Whereas SURAJ DWELLERS PRIVATE LIMITED (herein referred to as the company) has filed 5 belated documents, details given as per annexure,
under CLSS, 2010 and has filed an application for issue of Immunity Certificate under CLSS, 2010.
And, whereas the company in its application has also declared that no petition or appeal was filed against any notice issued or complaint filed before
any Court or Company Law Board or Regional Director or any other adjudicating authority for violation of the provisions under the Act in respect of the
document(s) as per annexure or where filed, has withdrawn such appeal.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under CLSS, 2010, the undersigned hereby issues this certificate to the said company granting
