With all due respect i thank you for the tremendous efforts you have been putting as a
company for the benefit of the society. This is also in line with corporate social responsibility duty
that has been of great help to the community. This has also ensured a balance in the ecological
system as the welfare of the entire community environment is well catered for. The community has
been grateful for provision of reliable services that are of high quality too.

I therefore would like you to give a detailed brochure of the activities that the company is
planning to provide to the community. This is because the community needs to be aware of services
and products that the company is purporting to provide. This will also ensure that product
perception is created for the benefit of the company.

It is also important to be aware of the products and services to create product loyalty. It is
for the benefit of the company and the community so that we don't have to go seeking for the
