Ihave been and am duly authorized to process and secure the release into my client (Divlomat Gonzalo Martin) custodv of the above-described box, as evidenced by the Certificate of Approval dated 30th May 2022 issued by the Department of State, Illinois and Worldwide Fast Delivery Courier Company (WEDC), a copy of which is attached hereto as Annex “B”: 3.
