Payment: 50% as advance, 50% before dispatch
Transportation: Buyer scope, extra
Insurance Buyer scope, extra
Delivery: 20-30 working days after receiving the 50% advance
(under normal conditions)
Warranty: 12 months (terms & conditions apply)
Warranty terms:
Manufacturing defects for non-movable parts would be covered under warranty for 1 year from
the Billing Date. For all bought out items, the original manufacturer’s warranty terms and
conditions would be applicable. No Warranty for Movable parts, Electrical parts as they are
subjected to wear and tear due to usage and operator’s handling. We will not be responsible for
any accident or damage caused by improper handling, misuse or non-maintenance of the
machine or accessories. During Warranty period; if we replace any faulty component by new
component; faulty component becomes our property so customer has to give the same to us. to &
fro travelling expenses, lodging & boarding expenses / allowances will be charged for
commissioning of machine as well as subsequent each service.
