2. Among the internal and external barriers, which particular barrier or barriers is/are most
difficult if not impossible to deal with or eliminate, and why?
Cultural Barriers – Dealing with a person with different beliefs and opinion are hard to deal with in this
modern world. Many people are aggressive to have their own opinion, and sometimes they are too
entitled to it, but not to the facts that are presented to them. Everyone has their point and argument, that
is why it is difficult to convince and respect each other beliefs. When communicating with other people
with different cultures and points of view, we tried so hard to counter their statements. We forgot to be
open-minded and to hear or see the different angles. Therefore, a cultural barrier is impossible to deal or
eliminate with since people are different in how their mind works, lived in a different region, and are raised
in their own culture and languages.
Environmental Barriers – This is also the one barrier that hard to eliminate. Since this is beyond human
control and we can’t say when and where it will occur. Although we can predict and forecast some natural
disasters with the help of technology nowadays. The impact and effect it is still not controllable and can
affect our connection and communication with other people.
