This document must be signed by all external candidates who were able to successfully complete
the entire recruitment process and were given job offers for F4 LPO

TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE GUIDELINES

This document defines the basis for eligibility of the employee to receive the PHP 5,000.00
Temporary transportation allowance (Effective while they are directed to work in Makati Ayala
North Exchange site only). A validation process will still be done based on the guidelines stated
on this document, to determine the eligibility of the employee.

Signing this document does NOT automatically qualify someone from receiving the payout.
Instead, it is a declaration that the allowance guidelines have been read and understood.

ELIGIBILITY

New hires must meet ALL of the requirements listed below to be eligible for the Temporary
transportation allowance:

a. Candidate must be hired for F4 LPO account only


b. Candidate must be officially employed by Concentrix
c. Transportation allowance will only be valid while working in Ayala north Exchange Makati
Site, once the Client instructs the employees to work in BGC Taguig site this allowance
will cease immediately
d. Candidates should have at least 1 year customer facing experience
e. Candidates who are redeployed from other accounts or departments are not qualified to
receive the temporary transportation allowance

REQUIREMENTS:

a. The eligible employee must be an active employee (i.e. reporting for work, not on leave,
not AWOL) of Concentrix with F4 LPO Account only upon receipt of the temporary
transportation allowance payout.
b. The temporary transportation allowance will be pro-rated dependent on attendance and
absences
c. If an employee resigns or gets separated from the Company, for whatever reason, the
temporary allowance will also be discontinued effective immediately
d. Employees who are removed from the account due to non-certification or other reasons
related to non-performance before regularization will be disqualified to receive the
temporary transportation allowance.
e. Employees become ineligible if transferred to another account due to employee-initiated
reasons such as medical and emergency reasons anytime within PST or transition period
– but with the exception of Company-initiated transfer.
f. Only qualified employees who have a duly signed temporary transportation allowance
Guidelines document attached to their 201 File will be eligible to claim the allowance
g. Any new incentive promo beyond this period will not be applicable to this application.
h. The terms and conditions of the temporary transportation allowance may be changed or
amended at any time, at the discretion of the management. Concentrix reserves the option to
waive the employee’s eligibility to receive other special variable bonuses within the
course of employment, relative to this allowance
4. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT

a. Temporary transportation allowance will be paid out if all eligibility requirements have
been met.
b. Temporary transportation allowance will be credited to the employee’s payroll account
every end of the month

APPLICANT DECLARATION OF UNDERSTANDING

I declare that I have read the abovementioned guidelines of the Temporary transportation
allowance and have fully understood its contents without any qualification.

I have been fully advised and thoroughly informed of the requirements related to the Temporary
transportation allowance Guidelines.

I understand that signing this document does not automatically qualify me from receiving the
Temporary transportation allowance payout, nor does it guarantee continued employment
and/or in any manner affect the Company’s discretion in evaluating my performance.
