Modifying your diet to get healthy can be a challenge. To be successful, it helps if you understand that
these dietary changes are not about deprivation—they represent lifestyle changes that are based on what
you now know you must do to detoxify and rebuild your body and your health. If you have a “bad” day and
eat something that ish’t of your plan, don’t beat yourself up. Just get back on track and keep going. Ifyou
