0 ESTIMATED COST OF SPORT STADIUM CONSTRUCTION

As we know, there is many usages of sport stadium for the purpose of sports
and organizing any events. Constructing a sport stadium is involving a big spend of
money or investment. Sport stadium come round and square shape but mostly it is
round shape in Malaysia. This is because round shape design is commonly use in
Malaysia as it preferable and easier to organize any sport events.

Therefore, we will discuss first the facilities of a sport stadium which will be
explained accordingly. Below is the table of the facilities that is needed in term of
construction of sport stadium that we proposed:

Based on the table above, the facilities are a must for a sport stadium. Thus,
the facilities are the driven cost or contributing most of the cost for constructing the
sport stadium. Therefore, the size of stadium, the type of grass for the field, and type
of running track need to be consider for its cost.

Hence, the estimated cost of stadium sport construction is RM50 million. The
cost of each item will be explained. Below is the projected cost of constructing the
sport stadium:

Based on the table 2, the most expensive estimated cost in term of

constructing a sport stadium is the land and machinery. This is because by years the
price of land is increasing, and it is one of expensive cost in construction that need to
be consider. Also, machinery is also expensive because of the amount of heavy
machinery that is needed to construct the sport stadium.
