I am writing email to introduce how to host a corporate event inform you about corporate
event held by my company.
My company has organized a lot of corporate event such as: product launch, milestone
company, team building event,… But the impressive for me is the product launch. This
event is to hold to convey information about the product to the customers and the media.
First, my company organized the event in-house because it is cheap. It helps us to save
money on hiring a event planner. Beside, using the company’s staff is easy to manage.
Moreover, organizing the event in-house gave networking opportunity to employees in
the company. When working together, people can share the option and understand.
Secondly, the event took place about half a day. Because it lasts too long, it will make
people feel bored.
Thirdly, my company chose the conference center to held the event. It was big enough to
contain the participants and well-equipped.
At last, the purpose of product launch set out earlier, my company invited the customers,
media, and the investors to the event.
Corporate culture
I am writing email to introduce about corporate culture of VietinBank. As far I know,
VTB’s slogan is “improving the values of life”. And its logo includes its name with
symbol of a coin in blue and red. In VTB, men have to wear shirt, trousers and woman
have to wear shirt and skirt.
In terms of the company’s mission, it identifies “to be a market leader in banking industry
in Viet Nam”. Its vision is to become a leading modern and efficient financial group in
both domestic and international markets.
About core values, the company will focus on customer, and be active, creative,
professional and modern.
Beside, VTB offers some special polities for the employees. The can get training policy,
paid holidays, salary and bonus.
Warranty
The product has a limited warranty. It is cover by one-year warranty. However, if you
want to buy on discount time, you will have an extended warranty for two years.
This warranty covered all manufacturing defects: workmanship, material, battery,… And
the warrant don’t cover damage cause by accident,…. If you want to get the product
warranted, you have to bring warranty card and bill.
In the case of warranty expired or lost, you can buy an extended warranty or have to pay
for the repair.

Negative review
I am writing this email to explain deal with negative reviews. There are 6 steps that a
customer service needs to know.
Firstly, you need to decide if it is worth responding. You can ignore comments with
impolite language or from “ a frequent customer”
Secondly, you should research the problem to understand why they receive those
responses.
Next, you have to show sympathy. You ought to try to understand why customer has
posted it and how they are feeling.
Then, responding privately is a difficult step. You have to respond directly to the
complainer who give negative review.

I am writing this email to let you know about negotiating style. There are some
negotiating style that as negotiator often follows, which are hard, soft and principled. But
I think you should consider hard negotiation.
The objective of hard negotiation is to win, the negotiation at the other party’s expense.
He often negotiates from a strong bargaining position. For example, He may represent the
sole supplier of a specialized product in a region.
A hard negotiator can maximize his interests or those he represents. However, the other
party may feel like they’re being taken advantage of and are unwilling to fulfill their

I am writing this email to let you know the type of banks card that I am using. It is debit
card. The main users are students and office workers. The owners can use the card to
make purchases, make transactions, pay bills and transfer accounts.
To get the card, the customers must be 18 years old or above. When I apply for the card, I
have to show my ID, complete a slip and pay 150.000 VND. The minimum balance is
100.000 VND. The monthly fee is 9.000 VND.
I use this card because it has some benefits. It is convenient and easy to use.

I am writing this email to let you know about bank account that I am using. It is checking
account. I opened this account when I started to learn at University. With this account, I
can withdraw money or to pat daily expenses.
I also use it to pay tuition fees, electricity bill and water bill. To open account, the owner
must be 18 years old or above.
When I opened this account, I had to show my ID and fill a slip. I waited for a week to
get the ATM card. The interest rate is quite low about 1% per year. Its monthly fee is
9.000 VND, the minimum balance is 50.000 VND. For me, this type of account is
convenient and suitable.
3 billion VND
With 3 billion VND. There are 4 investments option for me such as: Stock, mutual fund,
bond and real state. But I prefer invest in stock. As I know, stocks have some features.
Firstly, when I buy stocks, I will become a shareholder. Especially, If the company grows
well, I’ll receive high dividends. Beside, I can hold and participate in management.
Secondly, there are 2 types of stock: common and preferred. Investing in stock can bring
benefits. For example, I can buy it at a low price and sell at a high price.
However, when investing in stock, I need spend time and knowledge researching the
market.
Finally, I think stock is the best choice, because I can receive my money back quickly.
And if you want to invest in stock, you should think carefully.
Tips of CV
When you graduate, you should prepare your CV carefully so that companies will pay
attention to you. Therefore, writing CV is very important. Here are some tips for getting
the prefect CV.
Firstly, you should start your CV with your personal details such as your name, your
address and full contact information. There are summary should be short and stay focus.
Secondly, you will write about education, experience skills and qualifications. In the CV,
you should include information related to the job or the position.
Thirdly, you should only mention your hobby when it is relevant to the job you are
applying.
At last, your CV should have a clear, so your employer will see you fit the certificate.

The last job interview
I applied for the position of sale assistant at FPT’s Group. My major is marketing but I
want to challenge myself and improve soft skills.
After 2 days I sent application, I was called for an interview. My interviewer was Thang
from HR manager.
Firstly, I talked about my personal information within 1 minute.
Then, I was required to tell about education background and work experience. I’m
confident respond about all of information.
After that, he wanted to know about my strengths and weaknesses. Then, he asked a
situational question.
At the end of the interview, he said that I did not get the job. I felt quite disappointed but
the interview help me gain more experience to the next interview.
