Argue that, despite marketing attempting or succeeding in improving their image they

have continued to behave in an unethical manner.

Amazon is a multibillion-dollar American firm specializing in digital streaming, cloud

computing, and online retail. Despite its better reputation, Amazon engages in unethical

commercial practices in the following areas. Amazon has progressed to the point where it

appears to be a deep-seated evil; researching why it is a problem is futile.

Amazon is a advantageous aspect to some portions of community who does not have cash both

greater complete apprehensions that must be addressed self-reliantly because it is built on

convenience and low cost (Frascella, 2021). . However, many of us do not require it in our

daily lives.

Amazon, according to research, set out to make more money than any other corporation on

the earth, resulting in a variety of tax tactics. For many people, taxes are a major source of

anxiety. When the ultra-rich refuse to pay them, they become even more vital. Taxes

redistribute resources so that all residents have access to the services they seek, poverty and

economic imbalance issues by warranting that the most exposed citizens' wants are achieved

without charge (Bonn, 2021). When wealthy people or corporations fail to pay their levies,

money becomes scarce for everyone, with the poorest people bearing the brunt of the

consequences.

Employees have been pressured to meet greater goals, forced to take forced breaks and work

in an unpleasant environment, and electronically monitored, according to various testimonies.

Despite a doctor's letter, a third employee arrived at work with a stomach ache and had to

leave after two hours, resulting in a strike for failing to show up the next day (Walton, 2021).

Other Amazon fulfillment centers (but not all) appear to follow a similar strategy (but not

necessarily all of them). Many fathers said they left Wall Street because their coworkers and

superiors pressured them to spend less time with their kids (Gillies, 2021).. Employees were

frequently informed that they would be replaced by younger employees who could perform

longer shifts.

The ability of Amazon.com, Inc. to satisfy stakeholders is critical to its e-commerce success.

According to Archie Carroll's notion of corporate social responsibility (CSR), stakeholders

are persons or groups connected to a company through their participation in its activities

(CSR). Stakeholders affect the company, and the company has an impact on the stakeholders.

Stakeholders have a wide set of goals due to Amazon's global presence. As a result, the

company's CSR strategy, programs, and initiatives face various challenges. By fulfilling the

requirements of its stakeholders, Amazon maintains its market position as the world's largest

online retailer. In terms of corporate social responsibility, Amazon considers its consumers an

essential stakeholders (Gillies, 2021). (. Customers are the most important statistic of an e-

commerce company's effectiveness, according to the organization, because they have a

significant impact on revenue. This is in line with Amazon goal statements, which stress

customer service and corporate growth. Fair pricing, ease of operation, and internet security

are the most important factors for these parties in a commercial transaction. Amazon's focus

on customer service and technological advancements helps them achieve both of these goals.

An example uses leading-edge material and announcement technologies to ensure secure

transactions and efficient procurement and delivery. Employees at Amazon are in a similar

position to benefit from technological advances while ensuring consumer happiness.

Amazon.com Inc. values both its employees' contributions to the company's performance and

its policies and processes for corporate social responsibility. This group of stakeholders

values professional advancement and competitive remuneration.

In conclusion, employees are critical because they contribute to Amazon's corporate culture,

which helps the company maintain its competitiveness. To improve business performance,

human resources stimulate the creation of innovative ideas (Macmillan, 2021). Amazon

meets these stakeholders' needs by providing effective management expansion and a payment

plan that recognizes and rewards the enormous growth possible. Employees can enhance their

careers due to Amazon's sustained development and global expansion, predominantly in

management and management positions. Amazon's CSR method depends in economical

rewards & managerial values provision to meet the needs of this participant group. It has a

community-focused corporate on concern network.

Lastly, these stakeholders influence customers’ perceptions of the company’s products and

services . Communities place a high importance on growth aid in sectors such as education,

health care, and environmental protection. As a key stakeholder community in the retail

sector, this strategy aids Amazon's diverse spectrum of corporate social responsibility

operations in accomplishing the aims of communities.
