Amazon and its

Stakeholder
The Company
O Amazon has the largest user base of any
online retailer and is a frontrunner in the
cloud computing services industry.
O In addition to Amazon's own inventory,
other merchants may list and sell their
goods on the Amazon marketplace. Here,
craftspeople may advertise and sell their
wares to buyers all around the globe (Elias
et al., 2021).

O This study will explore the internal and
external stakeholders of Amazon.com, Inc.
The research also examines the company's
methods of outreach to its various
stakeholders.
O All of the company's many constituents have
a say in how strategic and operational
matters are handled. Due to their varying
degrees of authority and financial interest in
the business, their impact varies.
The Internal Stakeholders
Shareholders and Executives and
board members of Amazon
O In addition to Amazon's President, CEO, and
Board Chairman, Amazon Web Services is
led by a Senior Vice President and CEO.
O It also features a sizable number of directors.
Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive
Officer, and President.The most important
constituency for Amazon is its stockholders.
O They have an important role in how it
operates (Fisher et al., 2020).
Personnel and laborers of
Amazon
O When compared to eBay and Google in terms of
employee count, Amazon comes out on top. It pays
its full- and part-time, temporary, and seasonal
employees in the United States at least $16 per
hour, which is more than the legal minimum wage.
O However, the company has been criticised for
being suspected of paying its delivery personnel
very poor salaries.
O Many workers at the corporation, including
delivery drivers, have expressed anxiety about
their personal safety on the job.
External Stakeholders
People who shop at Amazon
O Amazon Prime has attracted millions of
customers in the United States alone.
O The customers that shop on Amazon's website
every day are responsible for the success of the
business.
O Amazon listens carefully to its consumers and
responds to their concerns.
O In the event of client complaints, any vendor
may be temporarily suspended (Watanabe et
al., 2021) .
Competitors of Amazon
O Amazon faces competition from a wide range
of international businesses. In the online
marketplace, it faces stiff competition from
eBay.
O Similar to how it GCP, Microsoft Azure, and
others in the online services sector.
O This illustrates that Amazon is up against
several formidable rivals in each and every
one of the markets it operates in (Watanabe et
al., 2020).
Impact of Stakeholders
O There is no doubt that everyone involved might
have a say in whether or not Apple succeeds or fails.
O For instance, shareholders might have a major say in
the company's decision-making by electing and
dismissing its board of directors.
O Alternatively, the company's employees have a
direct influence on the goods and services offered to
customers since they are responsible for their
creation. The design team at Apple is widely
credited as a major contributor to the company's
success.
