1) XDBS → Xponential Data & Business Services ( Founded in 2012 )


- Fastest growing company in the industry.
- There are two processes in XDBS:
1. Calling ( Lead Generation )
2. CDQA ( Contact Discovery Quality Analysis )
- XDBS is B2B organisation. B2B stands for “Business to Business”
- Definition of the B2B is One business provides services to another business.
- CD → “Contact discovery” we can do CD by using various websites like LinkedIn.
- In CDQA we have to do contact discovery search for the prospects on the LinkedIn e.g. IT HR
Marketing managers / specifications.
- [ client provides us list of his requirements like Country, Company size e.g.1000 to 5000 industry
ex. IT, Manufacturing, Retails.
- We have to confirm on call whether the prospects is currently working with the company or not (
we can confirm from Operator as well ). Once operator confirms the prospects is still working then
it will be Proper CDQA Lead. After that we have to call the prospects company & ask for him as per
script. ( e.g. Hi this is Mark I’m looking for Mr. Paul smith).

3) What is B2B ?
- It is a transaction or business conducted between one business and another, such as a Wholesaler and
Retailer.
- B2B is Nothing but mediator in between two business such as Wholesaler to retailer / Retailer to
Customer.

4) What is B2B Lead Generation?


- Lead generation is the process of generating consumer interest for a product or services with the goal
of turning that interest into sale.
- In online marketing this typically involves collecting a visitors contact information called a “Lead”
via webform.
- It Involves collecting a potential customers information such as Name, Email, Company name, that
will be used to personalize communication and make sales.

5) What is LinkedIn?
- LinkedIn is the worlds largest professional network where we can search jobs and connect to the HR
Recruiters or Company.
6) Difference between LinkedIn & Facebook?
- LinkedIn is designed for business & professional network & option to network in a business sense.
- Facebook is designed to connect family and friends.

7) Research Analysis:
- He gather data from various websites and we verify it.

8) Contact Discovery:
- CD means finding current, accurate demographic information for people and companies contacts
and accounts.

9) Demand Generation:
- Data-driven marketing strategy focused on driving awareness and interest in organization products
& services with the ultimate goal of developing long-term customer engagement.
