(2) First angle projection is to be followed.
(3) All dimensions are in mm.
(4) Credit will be given for neatness.
(5) Assume missing dimensions suitably.]

PART – A
(Marks: 4 x 5 = 20)
Answer Any four questions.

1. Draw a Hexagon of side 30 mm

2. Draw the Projection of a cone of 50mm diameter and 60mm height resting on the HP with its
base.
3. Draw the Projection of Hexagonal Prism of side 30 mm and axis 70mm long rest on the HP and
the two base edges are parallel to VP.
4. Draw the development of a cylinder of side 50 mm diameter and 70mm height is resting on its
base in the HP.
5. Draw the missing Top view of the object shown in fig.1

PART – B
(Marks: 4 x 20 = 80)
Answer any four questions.

6. Draw the plan and elevation of a square plane of 50 mm sides, the plane is parallel to H.P at
a height of 20mm from H.P. One of its side is parallel and 10mm in front of V.P

7. Draw the plan and elevation of the triangular prism of base 30mm and height 60mm, When its
axis parallel to VP and inclined at 30º to HP.

8. A cylinder of diameter 40mm height 50 mm rests on its base on the HP. It is cut by a plane
perpendicular to VP and Inclined at 50 to HP. The cutting plane meets the axis at a distance
of 15mm from the top. Draw front view, sectional top view and true shape of the section.
9. Draw the development of the truncated cone as shown in fig.2

10. Draw the development of the lateral surface of funnel as shown in fig.3

11. Draw the isometric view of the object as shown in fig.4
