QUESTION #1: Identify your personal strengths that can supplement learning with OBE.

ANSWER #1: One of the strengths that my friends and relatives have told me is that I am a fast learner,
patient, and very productive concerning gaining information and acquiring new skills. Personally,
learning with the outcome-based education or OBE would benefit me cognitively, mentally, and
psychologically. The OBE is a matter of both institutional urgency and individual common sense. OBE
appears to have a viable and reasonable future resulting from people and schools wanting it as long as
open democratic processes persist in our society and solid professional norms continue to control
education. It is up to every one of us to ensure that the intricacies of policy and everyday practice
uphold the foundation established by genuine OBE concepts and components designed to improve our
education now and in the future. The instructors can easily recognize and analyze your learning and
build the necessary measures to aid you in education if you are aware of and accept your faults. Having
a plethora of resources for reference materials is a godsend for students. Being resourceful improves
your knowledge for the upcoming classes. As such, learning with OBE can supplement and influence me
in gaining excellent academic performance.

QUESTION #2: Identify your personal weaknesses and your action plans to deal with such

ANSWER #2: I believe it is possible to imagine a discouraging political and practical future for all forms of
progressive educational reform. To remain a strong reform alternative, OBE will need the committed
and sustained support of the many institutions. Personally, there are times where I slack off and become
idle as I see something that would distract me easily. Even if self-studying is one of my habits, having
someone to accompany you is still beneficial, and they can monitor what I am doing.
