That I know SPS. SERGIO P. CRUZ (deceased) and PILAR A. CRUZ for the reason that
they are my grandparents;

That my mother, the late Carmen Cruz Abac is the daughter of Sergio Cruz and Pilar A.
Cruz;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the facts contained herein and
