AFFIDAVIT OF RECOVERY

I, ELIZABETH V. SIAPCO, of legal age, single and residing at Caingin, San

Rafael, Bulacan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land covered by Transfer

Certificate of Title No. T-264745, situated in Caingin, San Rafael,
Bulacan, consisting of Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Two (9,292)
square meters, more or less;

2. That sometime on July 2019, considering the owner’s copy of the said
title could not be found, Affidavit of Loss was annotated in the Registry
of Deeds of Guiguinto under Entry No. 2019010829;

3. That on August 13, 2022, I recovered the title under the mattress of
my bed inside my room;

4. That this affidavit is being executed to attest to the fact of the

recovery of Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-264745, registered under
my name;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affix my signature over my
