AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, RONNIE LAGMAN BUENSUCESO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen

and a resident of 100 F. Santiago St. Brgy. Bago, Bantay, Quezon City, after
being duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby deposes and says:

1. That sometime on the 20th day of October 2022, while I was securing a
Certification of No Pending Case with the Office of the National Bureau of
Investigation, I was informed that Criminal Case No. NPS DOCK III-04-
INV-10G-00557 for Grave Threat of the Municipality of Baliwag Bulacan
were filed against a certain Ronnie Buensuceso;

2. That I am not the person in the above-mentioned case. To prove the

same, attached is the copy of my Driver’ License Card as Annex “A”. This
is to prove that the picture attached and made part of the records of the
above-mentioned case is not me.

3. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truthfulness of

the foregoing and for whatever legal intents and purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 20th day of
