EYE LOCK (INDUCTION)

Keep your feet forward.

“are you ready to be hypnotised?”

“Is it okay that if I touch your hand, shoulder and forehead “?

Keep your hands relaxed and eyes closed.

Bring your whole attention inside.

Move your attention to your eyes and eyelids.

Relax your eyes to the point, it doesn’t work.

When you know that it’s completely relaxed, it won’t open.

Without removing the relaxation, try and see whether you can open your eyes. Stop trying.

Let the relaxation flow from top of the head.

so your relaxation is going down to your whole body shoulders arms stomach and legs and feet.

So the each breath you exhale you go into more deepest state of relaxation.

Principles of regression.

1. Re-experience
The difference between memory and regression. The difference between remembering and
regressing is that while regressing, You re-experience that event.

- We want to re-experience the event because the it gets disassociated.

- Rememberiing – associated
- Re-exeriencing – dissassoiated
- When you are re-experiencing , you are at two places at the same time.

2. When you talk in regression, always talk in Present.
