Partially edentulous maxillary and mandibular dentoalveolar arches with residual
ridge resorption suspected. The residual dentoalveolar sockets together with their
surrounding dentoalveolar bone noted in relation to mandibular arch are likely to
be presenting with sign of healing and remodelling.

Generalized advanced degree of dentoalveolar bone loss suspected.

Generalized calculus shadow suspected.

Multiple upper and lower teeth malalignment suspected.

Multiple upper and lower teeth attrition suspected.

22, 23, 26 and 27 are likely to be presenting with dental prosthesis. 22, 26 and 27
are also likely to be endodontically intervened. The periapical regions of each of the
respective teeth are likely to be presenting with mild widening of PDL spaces which
may be correlated as a sign of chronic periapical lesion or healing bone scar (for
endodontically intervened teeth) or artefact. (?)

Dental restoration or artefact suspected in relation to 14, 17, 37, and 45. (?)

Cervical abrasion or artefact suspected in relation to 13, 14, 15, 24, 25, 34, 33, 43,
44 and 45. (?)

Dental decay or artefact suspected in relation to 11, 12, 15, 16, 21, 24, 25, 34, 32,
42, 43, and 44. (?)
Multiple upper and lower teeth are likely to be presenting with mild widening of
PDL spaces without any significant sign of dental carious exposure radiologically.
The overall radiological features may be correlated as an effect of trauma from
occlusion or artefact. (?)

Presence of non- specific radio-opaque shadows are noted in relation to the

residual dentoalveolar bone approximating apparently missing 18, 28, 38, 46 and
47 regions. The overall radiological features may be correlated as aberrant bony
specula or bony osteosclerosis or artefact. (?)

Pneumatisation of right and left maxillary sinuses suspected.

Polypoid mucosal swelling or artefact suspected in relation to right and left

maxillary sinuses.

Partially calcified right and left stylohyoid complexes suspected.

Marginally deviated nasal septum suspected.

Chronic disc displacement disorder of right and left temporomandibular joints

suspected.

Idiopathic osteosclerosis or artefact suspected in approximation to the bilateral

mental foramen regions.

The overall radiological appearance of maxillary and mandibular dentoalveolar and

corticocancellous bone apparently appears to be osteopenic. (?)

Clinicoradiological correlation is advised.

NB. Further investigations are advised if clinically indicated.
End of report.

Mixed dentition period noted.

Physiological root resorption noted in relation to multiple deciduous teeth.

Multiple upper and lower teeth malalignment suspected.

Dental decay or artefact suspected in relation to 55, 16, 65, 75, 73, 83 and 85. (?)

Polypoid mucosal swelling or artefact suspected in relation to right and left

maxillary sinuses.

Idiopathic osteosclerosis or artefact suspected in approximation to the periapical

regions of 33, 43, 44 and 46. (?)

Clinicoradiological correlation is advised.

NB. Further investigations are advised if clinically indicated.

Generalized advanced degree of dentoalveolar bone loss suspected.

Generalized calculus shadow suspected.

Multiple upper and lower teeth malalignment suspected.

18 and 28 are likely to be marginally supraerupted.

38 and 48 are likely to be partially erupted and approximated to the respective ID

canals. The pericoronal radiolucencies noted in relation to the respective teeth may
be correlated as a sign of chronic pericoronal lesion or artefact. (?)

11 and 12 are likely to be presenting with sign of tooth fracture and chronic
periapical lesion.

Dental decay or artefact suspected in relation to 14, 15, 16, 18, 22, 25, 26, 28, 36,
35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46 and 47. (?)
