28 and 48 are likely to be presenting as retained root fragment leading to chronic periapical lesion.
37 likely to be presenting with dental decay having pulpal approximation & chronic periapical lesion
or artefact. (?)
Dental decay or artefact suspected in relation to 16, 17, 35, 34, 44 and 46. (?)
Multiple upper and lower teeth are likely to be presenting with mild widening of PDL spaces without
any significant sign of dental carious exposure radiologically. The overall radiological features may
be correlated as an effect of trauma from occlusion or artefact. (?)
38 likely to be presenting with mesioangular impaction and approximation to the respective ID canal.
Polypoid mucosal swelling or artefact suspected in relation to right and left maxillary sinuses.
Partially calcified right and left stylohyoid complexes suspected.
Marginally deviated nasal septum suspected.
Chronic disc displacement disorder of right and left temporomandibular joints suspected.
Non- specific radio-opaque shadows noted in relation to right and left ascending ramus regions of
mandible and may be correlated as tonsilolith or parotid sialolith or bony osteosclerosis or artefact. (?)
Idiopathic osteosclerosis or artefact suspected in approximation to the periapical regions of 36, 35 and
45. (?)

Clinicoradiological correlation is advised.
