    The x-ray report showed that the 9-year old patient was in the mixed dentition period with physiological root resorption of multiple deciduous teeth. Multiple upper and lower teeth malalignment and possible dental decay or artifacts in teeth 16, 75, and 46 were suspected from the OPG x-ray. The ceph x-ray further suggested upper and lower teeth malalignment, altered overjet and overbite, end-on molar relation, and competent lip seal. Clinical correlation with the x-rays was advised and further investigation if needed.
