IN TERMS OF THE REQUIREMENT OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013 AND THE LISTING REGULATIONS, AN ANNUAL PERFORMANCE

PROCESS FOR EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE OF THE BOARD, COMMITTEES OF THE BOARD AND INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE OF
EACH DIRECTOR INCLUDING THE CHAIRMAN. THE INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS AT THEIR SEPARATE MEETING REVIEWED THE
PERFORMANCE OF: NON-INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS AND THE BOARD AS A WHOLE, CHAIRPERSON OF THE COMPANY AFTER
TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE VIEWS OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS AND NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS, THE QUALITY, QUANTITY AND
