Shine Philippines Shine serves people without regard to their ethnic, political or
religious affiliations. It simply helps women in need of resources needed to
maximize their full potentials.
The company is committed to the long term development of the company by
meeting costumer needs. Value the employees and will endeavor to create a safe
and positive working environment where all employees are treated with dignity and
respect. The company recognized the need for flexibility of operations dictated by
rapidly changing economic and other conditions. It is their belief that their

Base on My Network Place, that is connected to the server can open
the folders and excel works and other outputs or the results of works.
Internet is needed in order for the whole system to function, and must be
updated regularly.
Open the program of the system through PEF-MDF (the program or
application in which the data is entered). After opening the PEF-MDF, click
the maintenance then go back to PEF-MDF click loan if want or need to see
the data of loans, and if you want to entry savings and so others. The PEF-
MDF do all the transaction and processing like calculating, sorting, validating,
Listing, Merging and other processing.

Why the company tried an electronic information system

The company tried an electronic information system because as of now,
new technology is dominant. It is easier to work less hassle. More productive
and convenient, more load of work could be finished and 99% accurate. It helps
employee to lessen the load of work. For now Information System helps them to
do work specially entering data and calculating numbers, that’s why electronic
information system is more advantage than manual.

What the company gained after having and electronic information

system
The company gains less hassle, easy to communicate branch after
branch, data still retrieve even years passed and employees see the data if it
need correction or change specially entering loans and financial information of
the company or organization.

 Lengthen the function of Information System for years. Because their
system need to be updated every 6 months.
