ARE USED WITH THE H PATTERN SHIFTER TO PREVENT TWO

How to make a good instalation and regulation?
1 - Remove retainers balls and springs (pag. 2)
2 - Mount the shifter on the tail of the gearbox
3 - Measure the linkage from the output shifter levers to
the input levers on the gearbox
4 - Connect the rod end of the 1st and 2nd gear to the
shifter, then put 1st gear on the shifter and 1st gear on
the gearbox, try to make a mark on the axis ( c ) of the
gearbox lever (fig. 1)
Now shift to 2nd gear in both shifter and gearbox, see if
the mark made on step 4 is centered with the hole of the
rod end. If yes you can make the hole, otherwise clear
the mark and try again, you can use the rod ends and
screw it or unscrew to match the mark, always check in
both gears 1st and 2nd, the center hole of the rod end
and the mark should be exactly the same for both gears.
5 - If step 4 is OK, now proceed to bolt on the linkage to
the shifter and the gearbox, try to use a threadlocker.
6 - Proceed to regulate the 3th and 4th gear in the same
way as in step 4, to finish bolt on the linkage and use a
threadlocker as in step 5.
7 - Now make turn the input shaft of the gearbox, and
shift into the gear, go through upshift and downshift.
