received from your office raising certian query for document no.
ADJ/1100900/612/2022. We would like to reply to that letter as below:

1. In respect of Query No. 1 we would like to state that the document

submitted has not been executed between the parties.
2. In respect of Query No. 2 Details of property is properly given in the
document. If not able to understand we will explain personally
through our authorised person.
3. In respect of Query No. 3, 4 & 5 we would like to state that necessary
notarised papers are attached herewith.
4. In respect of Query No. 6 we would like to submit that property does
not fall in CRZ zone.
5. In respect of Query No. 7 we would like to state that the said property
does not fall under SRA.
6. In respect of Query No. 8 we would like to submit that details of new
area is submitted herewith.
7. In respect of Query No. 9 we would like to state that all annexures are
already submitted with the file or with this letter.
 8. In respect of Query No.10,11 we would like to state that necessary
registered agreement are attached herewith.
9. In respect of Query No. 12 we would like to state that necessary
statement is attached herewith.
10. In respect of Query No. 13 we would like to state that all occupants
are not tenants but owners in a registered society.
11. We have submitted all necessary papers as your demand. Now you are
requested to issue Demand Notice for payment of stamp duty.
