Error Code Guide

The table below details the error codes which may appear on your G30 Max dashboard, these will
appear with a red spanner/wrench icon. The diagnostics below are provided as a guide, all
exploratory and repair work should be carried out by an approved manufacturer service agent in
your country.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UNDERTAKE ANY REPAIRS TO THE UNIT, THIS MAY RESULT IN
DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY. WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED IN ALL INSTANCES OF
DISASSEMBLY.

Error Code Diagnostic and Remedy (DO NOT attempt any mechanical or battery repair)
10 Dashboard & Control Board Communication Error, check connector cables
11 'A' Motor phase current sample is unusual, check control board
12 'B' Motor phase current sample is unusual, check control board
13 'C' Motor phase current sample is unusual, check control board
14 Throttle hall error, check throttle, instrument panel and connector cables
15 Abnormal Braking hall error, turn and check the brakes, dashboard and connector cables
16 Internal battery switch MOS error, check control board and connections
17 External battery switch MOS error, check control board and connections
18 Motor hall error, check motor, control board and related connections
19 Inner battery voltage abnormal, check inner battery, control board and connector cables
20 External battery voltage abnormal, check inner battery, control board and connector cables
21 Built in battery communication error, check built in battery, control board and connector cables
22 Inner battery error, replace battery
23 Serial number error on built in battery, replace battery
24 System voltage error, check the control board
