When children are young it’s better for one parent not to work and to look after them.

 I believe it (this statement) is true. because Adults spend most of their time at work,
somebody (some) spend more time at work than at home or enjoying hobbies in their
free time. So, in conclusion, In this way, children can’t make a great connection with
their parents if somebody don’t raise them (unless they are raised well and with a lot
of attention).
 You can’t let to somebody else raise your child, even if they are your parents.
 Children require a huge amount of attention and care, and after/once you give birth,
your first job is to take care of them till (until) they don’t need your 24/7 (round-the-
clock) attention. So I think maybe they should be 2-3 years old before you can go back
to work again and it’s normal.

People who are very dedicated to their work rarely manage to have a happy family life
 On the one hand, it’s (this is) true, but in (on) the other hand it depends on what kind
of work it is. For example, pilots can’t be with their families often. But if you are a
manager or a teacher etc. and even if you are dedicated to your work, you always
come home to your family every day and you don’t (necessarily) have to be away for a
long time.
 Priorities can solve any problem; I am of this belief. Also, if you are ordered
(organized) enough and precise you can work it out to satisfy (to be satisfied in)both
worlds.
