ACTIVITY 1: Choosing an Outdoor Activity

If I was given the chance to try an outdoor activity, I would like to try
swimming. While growing up I do not really know how to swim, its
background, the fundamentals, and other things which are important when it
comes to that activity or sport. In addition, this helps in building my
endurance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular fitness. It is an activity that
uses all the core muscles depending on the stroke. This also aids in
maintaining a healthy weight, heat, and lungs, plus tones muscles. The place
where this activity will be done does not really matter to me, as long as I have
my peers, family, or someone close to me doing that activity, I am all set.
