Dear Madam/Sir,

Good day!

We, the Captains of every team in Asis Inter-Tropa Volleyball League are writing this formal letter
as a complaint of not allowing a player from Team Hiroshima, named Alex Ciriaco to play in the
league. He was lined up as one of the players but, not considered as a legitimate Mendezeño as he
recently registered last July 4, 2022 here in Mendez. According to the rule, a person can be
recognized as a legitimate Mendezeño if he/she was already registered for the past six (6) months in
the municipality. We are protesting his entry as a player as a symbol of transparency and equality
among all Mendezeño players.
