【For The Students of The Admission】

Congratulations!
To secure your spot and get your Letter of Acceptance (LoA), you must complete submitting your
confirmation of intention to attend NDHU and filling in the required information on NDHU
Online before May 6th, 2022, at 12 pm (Taiwan local time GMT+8).
If you do not fill in the confirmation before the deadline, the LOA will be canceled.

1. For the information about the VISA application, dorm, registration and the other procedures. The staff
of International Students Division will contact you shortly or you may contact them via email:
issa@gms.ndhu.edu.tw.
2. If you are students from Indonesia, please make sure you meet the requirements here. (for

⫸ If your result page is as above, Congratulations! You've been admitted with scholarship.
⫸ If your result page only shows the “Results of application” with no “Scholarship Offer Content”, it
means you've been admitted to school without NDHU scholarship. (The government scholarship you
applied by yourself won’t be shown here, e.g. MOFA Taiwan Scholarship, MOE Taiwan Scholarship,
ICDF Scholarships, please contact the office of the scholarship you applied for more information.)
⫸ If you have inquiries about "Arrival Information" and "Announcement" part, please contact with the
International Students Division at issa@gms.ndhu.edu.tw. However, please note that there will be some
changes of the information in "Arrival Information" , please revisit the website on the 3rd of May to
check for the updates.

【The NDHU Scholarship】

The NDHU scholarship consists of the following three different kinds:
Type A：
Master/PhD: 100% Tuition Waiver + Stipend NTD 30,000/ semester
Bachelor: 100% Tuition Waiver + Stipend NTD 20,000/ semester
Type B：100% Tuition Waiver
Type C：50% Tuition Waiver

*Note:
1.The duration of the NDHU scholarship is one semester, you have to reapply every semester.
2.Tuition Waiver:
Bachelor’s degree-includes Tuition + Miscellaneous Fee waiver.
Master and Ph.D. degree-includes Miscellaneous Fee + Credit Fee waiver.
★You have to pay the dormitory fee, insurance, networking facility fees, etc, at your own expense.

【NDHU Southward Scholarship】

Scholarship Content Period

1. 100% Basic Tuition and Credit Hours Fee A total 3 years, from September, 2022 to June, 2025.
Waiver
2. Stipend: NT$6,000 per month
3. Research Incentive: NT$8,000 per month

NDHU Southward Scholarship Recipients shall observe the following regulations and obligations during
the scholarship period:
1. Completion of the registration procedures within the prescribed time limit.
2. No disciplinary measures at the level of reprimand or above.
3. Official enrolment status shall be maintained; Any scholarship recipient who for some reason
withdraws from their studies will forfeit their scholarship and any scholarship recipient who has been
suspended or expelled will have their scholarship revoked.
4. Students who have been granted this scholarship shall not apply for deferment of enrolment.
5. Award criteria prescribed by the home college/department shall be satisfied.
6. Where students fail to meet the aforementioned criteria, their eligibility shall be revoked and
scholarship payments shall be terminated starting from the month following the violation. Exceptions may
be made if special circumstances are determined to apply by the review panel.
