Company ABC has used project management in multiple redesign attempts and mergers with
other businesses to maintain its sustainability in a cutthroat market. Although ABC integrated its
operations and trained its staff on new policies, processes, and systems, all of these efforts were
for naught because the system's functions were challenging to understand and led to its rejection.
The system's dependability was questioned, and the ineffective convectional system
continued to operate, increasing losses and posing dangers to the business. Goods weren't
examined, and there was a lot of paperwork, which made it difficult to manage customer
requirements, which led to inaccurate or mistaken productions that were typical of traditional

one, ABC would have conducted intensive trainings for them. Additionally, system design ought

incorporated.
The system would have been accepted in the organization with less need for user
development and training as a result. All parties involved in a company's operations integrations
or system redesign should have a clear plan in place and work together to reach the purpose or
objective of the organization. Project management is carried out at XYZ Company to determine
how much money should be allocated to the company's various operations. The XYZ Company
prefers to use regional suppliers and produces in large quantities for stocking. XYZ has
maintained a competitive edge in the marketplace and strives to introduce novel and distinctive
items ahead of rivals. To avoid competitors from learning about its quality products or advances,
XYZ has handled its information and practice covertly, and it has made sure that the product is
put into the market overnight by the sales and marketers. Like any business, highly creative
organizations that practice confidentiality will have a competitive advantage. This is due to the
fact that the business consistently develops superior products before its rivals, which boosts sales
and spurs market expansion.
