Operations
Annual AMC for maintenance of the servers can be availed at an additional cost. The features provided
are:
 Downtime Monitoring
 Server Recovery
 Data Backup and Recovery
 Managing versions of the code running on the production server
 Hacking response and server recovery

NOTE: In case of AMC the complete control of the domain registrar, and hosting services will be
managed by VR Marketer Solutions. This is to prevent any inadvertent changes to the server that
might cause maintenance effort. In case the client has authorization or control over either the
domain or the host, any downtime management will be charged based on man-hours, on a case-
case basis.

Security
SSL Integration, which ensures highest level of encryption of all data to and from the server can be
provided at an additional cost.

Timeline
30 Business days from the date of approval.

Note:

• We will start the project 1 day from the award of contract and Advance
• Design and development timeline excludes from the time taken by customer to provide feedback
or respond to developer queries.
• We work 5 days a week and 8 hours a day.

2. As discussed, we will require 50% payment in advance to deliver the website faster
3. Any recurring charges are subject to periodic increase in pricing, and any such changes
will be intimated to the customer at least one cycle in advance.
4. A Domain Validated (DV) Certificate verifies your ownership of the domain, while the
Organization Validated (OV) Certificate proves that you own the domain and that your
organization is legitimate. This is reassuring to your site visitors, as a fraudulent website
would never pass these checks. The Extended Validated (EV) SSL offers the highest level
of assurance to your customers – EV SSL applicants must pass an extensive vetting
process.

Copyrights and Trademarks

The Client represents to Developer and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text,
graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Developer for inclusion in App
pages are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of
these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Developer and its subcontractors from
any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client. VR Marketer Solutions
do not hold responsibility for any claim /copyright issues arising in future, if such claim arises client is
solely responsible for that. Our responsibility is limited to develop the App as requested by the client.

 Accepting this contract, client also grants rights to “VR Marketer Solutions” to present their name as
developer of the respective App and advertise itself as a developer/online marketing consultant.

Expectation from the Customer

Work will commence upon receiving your order and all requested material. Members of our technology
team will setup an online meeting for the purpose of detailed analysis and to make sure they have full
understanding of the project requirements and goals. Following this, usually within 2 business days,
you will receive detailed documentation of the solution flow and architecture for your approval. Once
approved, timelines will be set and a copy forwarded to you for reference on project progress and
delivery schedule.
During this process, you will need to respond with its input/comments on the project with each update
to ensure that there are no gross misunderstandings, any change in scope will add / affect this delivery
schedule.

Agreement and Sign-Off

I have completely read the document and I agree to the above mentioned project proposal and proceed
with the needful.
