OPERATIONS PLAN

Buds and & blooms will be marketing the products by mobile transactions for a more concrete way for
us to sell our products, this would also help us onto making our business easier for transaction making.
Since we are using the mobile transaction method, we might as well use the desktop computers for us
to write data on our business and make our dealing more productive and efficient.

How our business work is as typical as most starting business. Our organization will be divided into:
staffing, HR specialist (in charge for recruitments), delivery service, an accountant managing our
finances, and others will be in charge for customer service/ labor. By using this method of operation,
Buds & blooms system would be efficient and the probability of success our work would also skyrocket.

Machines and materials is crucial for this plan to work. We will need at least 2-3 greenhouses with
different varieties of ornamental plants and flowers, a good water tank with the capacity to hold 3800
liters of water, a healthy soil and fertilizers, and flower pots. The total farming expenses would be (“”).
