GOALS

Ensure that the details of the design in the souvenirs offered are from a reputable
source; it should be well researched and free of bigoted views to avoid conflicts
between communities or concerned parties and to maintain the Memento Hub's
good reputation.
Guarantee that daily promotion and advertising on social media are strictly adhered
to in order to increase brand awareness, boost sales, and gain recommendations
and partnerships from various international organizations.
Establish partnership with various tourism offices from numerous municipalities in
Panay to gain access to their records of tourist attractions and valued cultures that
can be used in souvenir design conceptualization.

OBJECTIVES

Assure that there will be a 10% to 20% spike in tourism in Panay after a year of
promoting and featuring local culture and tourism through souvenirs.
Reach 15-30k followers on Bitbita Kultura official Facebook page, after 6 months of
marketing.
Profit margins of 30-50 percent on total income every three months

UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION

Bitbita Kultura Memento Hub is a souvenir shop that sells items like tote bags, coin
purses, t-shirts, pencil cases, mugs, and facemasks. These souvenirs are specifically designed
for tourist visitors coming from both international and domestic locations to experience and
explore Panay's scenery, and students or the youth sector. What sets it apart from other
businesses is that the design or style of the souvenirs will be based from the cultural context,
tourism, and history of the country, particularly in Panay, where the majority of the owners
