First and foremost voting is a fundamental process in a democratic system. It is a
chance for the citizens of a country to have a say in the people who represent them or an issue that impacts them. Informed voting and participating in elections is one of the responsibilities of citizens. An eligible citizen registers to vote, studies the candidates and issues, looks up their polling location, then casts their ballot during the election. In order to win the polls and assume the much converted seat in the political arena, a candidate must be able to persuade the voters that their names are worthy to be written in the ballot and that being elected can bring forth the change that most voters want from the political leader. As a political candidate in order to persuade or to win the hearts of voters you need to make a platforms that they need and to solve the problems that we are encountered right now and also as a voters we need to choose a leader or political candidate who determined to help us and not only "puro lang salita wala naman gawa" because that’s the problem of some candidate once they achieve what they want all the promises that they say during campaign its forgotten. Now election day is coming we should vote wisely and choose the leader or political candidate who suits in that position and for me it’s my first time to vote. Voters also judge candidates by their personal characteristics. Included among the relevant characteristics are such things as the experience, honesty, morality, compassion, competence, and leadership ability of the candidates. Apart from how they see the candidates on the issues, voters form images of the personal qualities and abilities of the candidates, and these perceptions are important influences on the vote. One important aspect of personal character is the perceived honesty and trustworthiness of the candidates what might be termed an integrity dimension. We choose the presidential candidate who have a concrete plan and have a clean record also have a strong vision for the country.
