but not limited to Philippine Recovery Platform I FISTC-AMC Inc, and Philippine Equitable
Recovery Platform I FIST-AMC Inc.
 Php 6,674.05 in cash in relation to the Avida New Manila Unit 16T and all other petty cash
provided for payment of services relating to Whitestone or its investment companies including
but not limited to Philippine Recovery Platform I FISTC-AMC Inc, and Philippine Equitable
Recovery Platform I FIST-AMC Inc.
 All documents pertaining to the utility reconnection for Avida New Manila Units, Avida Sucat
Units and North Crest properties
 Full and complete buyer list which includes contact details for assets owned by Whitestone or its
investment companies including but not limited to Philippine Recovery Platform I FISTC-AMC
Inc, and Philippine Equitable Recovery Platform I FIST-AMC Inc.
 Full and complete list of active leads which includes contact details for assets owned by
Whitestone or its investment companies including but not limited to Philippine Recovery
Platform I FISTC-AMC Inc, and Philippine Equitable Recovery Platform I FIST-AMC Inc.
 Contact Details for all service providers such as various homeowner association or condominium
corporation personnel, and Meralco in relation to various management items of assets owned
by Whitestone or its investment companies including but not limited to Philippine Recovery
Platform I FISTC-AMC Inc, and Philippine Equitable Recovery Platform I FIST-AMC Inc.
 All copies of ownership documents for LAMCO Properties including but not limited to the
Quezon City Townhouse, Cityland Pasong Tamo Units, and West of Ayala Condominium
 Completion of all Security Bank requirements for the sale of Urvan with conduction sticker No.
to F3 L882 (CS) to DOROTHY JOY ALORIA
 Any and all other documents in relation to assets owned by Whitestone or its investment
companies including but not limited to Philippine Recovery Platform I FISTC-AMC Inc, and
Philippine Equitable Recovery Platform I FIST-AMC Inc.
 All assets or properties owned by Whitestone which were provided to you by virtue of your
previous employment

In addition to the documents to be turned over, you are required to complete the following:

 Email and phone endorsement of all clients listed in Annex A to Pedro Picornell or a designated
Whitestone Holdings Inc., representative
 Email and phone endorsement of all current leads to Pedro Picornell or a designated
Whitestone Holdings Inc., representative for assets owned by Whitestone or its investment
companies including but not limited to Philippine Recovery Platform I FISTC-AMC Inc, and
Philippine Equitable Recovery Platform I FIST-AMC Inc.
