CORPORATE HISTORY Peramah Unggul (M) Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as Peramah Unggul) was set up as an investment company. It has undertaken various projects through its subsidiary and related companies as highlighted below. Presently the company has invested in real estate and owns twenty residential and commercial properties in the states of Wilayah Persekutuan and Selangor. SET UP MEDANMAS SDN. BHD. Under this company TV 9 was set up. This being one of the 4 private television stations in Malaysia. SIKAP INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. The Group acquired a majority stake in two plastic mould injection factories located in Sungai Petani, Kedah. These factories produced plastic casings, toys, plastic furniture and other utensils and accessories of plastic content for such companies as Mattel, Sony, Modenas (Malaysias own motorcycle manufacturer), Proton (Malaysias own motor vehicle manufacturer) and Sharp Roxy. TIARA ETIKA DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. Under this company the Group purchased a 300 acre parcel of agriculture land in Meru, Selangor, converted it for mixed commercial development of single storey, semi-detached and detached flatted roof factories. 4. OVERSEAS VENTURES In line with the Governments call for Malaysian businessmen to venture abroad the Group decided to expand its businesses to Indonesia and China. Peramah Unggul is now managed and operated by Mr. Wira Kharma bin Zainal Osman, Mr. Zarith Alfian bin Zainal Osman, Ms. Roza Dania and Mr. Rezaif Rashman bin Zainal Osman.

PROFILE OF DIRECTORS WIRA KHARMA BIN ZAINAL OSMAN Wira Kharma bin Zainal Osman who is a Graduate of Silverstone Racing School, United Kingdom and Shanghai University (Mandarin Studies) is the Group Manager Director and he has acquired a thorough knowledge of the local and international business environment in his many overseas travels and meetings with business partners and clients for the car market, oil & gas market and the shipping industry. He has extensive experience in the buying of luxury cars from foreign markets such as United Kingdom, Germany and Japan; managing and operating LCT (self propelled open barges) in managing Information Technology business property market. Over the years he has built up a strong network of customers who have played an important role in the Companys business sector. Wira Kharma is a keen motor car racer and has undergone formal car racing training in the United Kingdom under the grace of professional car racers.

ZARITH ALFIAN BIN ZAINAL OSMAN Zarith Alfian a graduate of Silverstone Racing School, United Kingdom joined the company in the year 2000 as an understudy.. In between he had stints in motor racing and in the year 2002 he was racing full time in Australia for the Formula 3 race and in the year 2003 he was awarded the Best Racer in the Single Seater category in Malaysia. Mr. Zarith was appointed a director of the Company in the year 2004 and subsequently made the Executive Director. He has a sound knowledge of the motor and property industries in Malaysia as well as overseas and is very well versed in the fish market as he has hands on experience in the fishing industry in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
