Subject: Letter for termination of business partnership

Respected Mr. Matthews,

This is to bring to your notice that I have decided to terminate the business partnership that we had
entered in order to form the partnership company Ask All Private Limited.

We had established this partnership firm on 10th of May 2011 in order to provide telecommunication
service to the consumers.

As per the partnership deed we are liable to equal profits and losses. We are also responsible for
equal active participation in the business. But since the business has been established, I did not see
active participation from your end.

Even when there was requirement of excess capital, I alone had to provide that amount. It is becoming
really difficult for me to manage the business alone especially when I am not the sole proprietor. These
are the reasons for terminating the business partnership. After the termination, the amount retrieved
from sale of assets will be shared equally.
