2. If you become a leader someday what leadership style will you adapt? And
why?
- If I were to become a leader someday, I would like to be a motivator for others
or a considerate leader. Because I want to emphasize the importance of creating
personal relationships with others, particularly with my subordinates. As a thoughtful
leader, I prioritize my employees' needs over their abilities. Every employee requires
respect and understanding from their boss in order to accomplish their job efficiently
and without stress. Every organizational problem can be solved this way.

Sharing their vision

and what success looks like. Make sure to communicate your vision clearly and
enthusiastically so that your team understands how their efforts contribute to higher-
level goals. Others will be inspired by your persistence, perseverance, and excitement
in pursuing your mission.
Lead by example

and acquire others' admiration. Individuals should model your desired behavior. If you're
going to ask a lot of people, you should also create some unique standards for yourself.
Adjusting your words and activities will help you create trust and encourage your group
to follow your lead.
Demonstrate integrity
- A truly trustworthy leader draws on their attributes to guide their decisions,
actions, and interactions with others. They are trustworthy, ethical, moral, and loyal
because they have strong feelings about what is good and bad. They have significant
character strengths, stay true to their commitments, and communicate with people in a
transparent, true, and honest manner. Your representatives will reward you with
faithfulness, assurance, and attention if you demonstrate honesty in your daily
operations.
Communicate effectively
- A crucial initiative skill is the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and
responsibly. Correspondence entails more than just paying attention to others and
responding appropriately. It also entails sharing important information, asking insightful
questions, soliciting opinion and unique ideas, clarifying erroneous assumptions, and
being explicit about what you require. The top leaders also transmit to energize and
empower their teams.
Recognize success
- One of the most impressive proclivities for energizing pioneers is the ability to
consistently perceive accomplishment. Representatives must believe that their job will
be valued and acknowledged in order to motivate them to put up a good effort. Look for
ways to compliment your team's achievements, whether it's a simple "excellent" or
something more elaborate. It will not only improve everyone's spirits, but it will also
strengthen their motivation to keep doing their best.
