UENCY ‘These procedures must be re-evaluated and revised (if necessary) or minimum every 12 months. ‘THE DETAIL OF WORKING PROCEDURES All crew that involves in disassembly activity loading and unloading are obliged to use standard PPE (personal protective equipment) i.c. Safety helmet, life vest, safety shoes. 2. Stevedore that referred must provide of 3 Yokohama and has diameter scale of 1.35 m which is added by 3 big tire fender with minimum outer diameter of 1200 mm/ 1,2 m and width 0,5 m should be located wit following sequence from forward Aft e Fwd u*u%® (@=Tire (C1= Yokohama fender) 3. Mooring crew adjusts position of forward and aft Yokohama fenders when necessary to avoid contact between barge and vessel during berthing process. 4, All barges must be equipped with tire fender which minimum outer diameter 1000 mma/1 m at both sides with distance between tire fonders maximum 4 m, 5.
