1. The answers above are our group achievements because it showed our developments
from the first day we started until the end. They are also all positive feedbacks and
outcomes after we planned it and actually executed it in our immersion. They are also
considered as our group achievement because it showed our improvement for the last
ten days of our work immersion.
2. First, we should do a SWOT Analysis or the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and
Threats of our business. We should maintain our strengths and improve them, and
check our Weaknesses and try to brainstorm ideas and solutions on how to turn them as
our Strengths. Next, seek improvement and accept challenges from the external
motivators in order for our business to thrive and have more achievements.
Reflection:

In starting a business, there’s a lot of challenges and planning we have to make. We


have to look at all the possibilities in order to establish one successful business. We have to
make preparations beforehand and double check all the materials for a smooth-sailing open
business for tomorrow. We have to take in-charge as well for the business name, the place that
we will be selling, the products that we will sell, and the equipment to be used. We have a lot of
planning to do to make our business run. We also have to check for the prices of our raw
materials in order to make foods and beverages and balance them out and designate a price
that is not that high or low.

After all of that preparation process, it doesn’t end there. It is different pressure when
opening as you have to promote and sell your products at the same time looking for regular
customers that will buy the product we are selling. We have to see every angle on how to
promote our products effectively on social media so that our products will be sold out. I also
realized that an inventory of the goods we will be using for the next day is also needed to avoid
the out-of-stock event to happen again and buy them beforehand. When there are customers
and the numbers are increasing it is a must to stay calm and be stayed on our toes in order to
not create big mistakes during the serving or delivery. It is also important to practice and
exercise communication with the team for a stronger team work and help each other in doing
their tasks after they have done their own.

Therefore, business is really a hard thing to do but with perseverance and team work, it
will be all possible. It is really important to be rational and organized in doing business because
a high level of customer’s satisfaction is the goal of every business in order to have more
customers as well.
