Most of the individuals who are having difficulties in developing their confidence
are affected by lack of interaction and trust in their own capabilities. In this case,
businessmen can improve their self-confidence by seeking the activities that will
recharged them and make them energetic whenever they come to work. They are also
engage with various communication jobs because they needed to do transactions with
their customers and stakeholders. Given that fact, as long as an individual is aware of
his/her goals and the importance of self-confidence, it will enable them to deal with
conflicts and be happier wherever they are.
2. In your own perception, how should competition be handled? Explain
comprehensively.
There are various strategies in handling competition in both business and life.
Based on my own perception, competition could be handled by understanding the
differences between yourself and competitor. Some of the approaches that I would
apply if ever I am competing in a business are knowing my customers, clarifying my
intentions or objectives, making my own unique ideas and innovation, providing
impactful customer service and establish a connection to them socially and emotionally.
It is also important to never be afraid of the consequences of the actions that I will take
as I pursue to win in our competition.
3. Do you have any unpleasant experience with a salesman? How did you feel?
Explain.
Undeniably, we are all a consumer in our everyday life. We always go to buy the
things that we needed and we wanted. Based on my own experiences, one of the
unpleasant encounters that I remembered was when the salesman was not paying
attention to my questions about their products. He was also ignoring my requests and I
felt offended and degraded. It made me wonder if he had internal conflicts or deep
thoughts however, he should always remember to apply professionalism in work. It will
not only affect his performance but will also affect the image of the store.
