life saver in unexpected situations. It grants an early aid or cure to avoid serious
injury, damage and severe pain due to accidents. As a requirement whenever we
went outside, we must bring first aids such as are alcohol, bandage, gauge,
medicines and cotton so that we will be ready whenever we encounter accidents
or emergencies.
2. Briefly explain, ‘’ Assure the victim by comforting him and relieving pain’’.
 Panicking is a negative behaviour that we should be avoided whenever we are
treating a victim. It is because panicking causes maltreatment to an injured
person. Sometimes the first aider will not be certain on what he/she should do if
the victim is not relax and calm. Which is why, as a first aider, he/she must
ensure that the victim is comfortable and relax so that the treatment will go easier
and the pain will be relieved in appropriate times.

pool, she noticed that her sister is there and cannot swim. She immediately calls
her parent rescue the child. However, there are no first aid kits seen everywhere.
Her father decided to do a CPR on his child since he has a background
knowledge about being a lifeguard during his childhood days. His knowledge and
experience become his tools to save his child from drowning. These are
considered as being resources despite having no first aid seen in the area.
