Sub: Calibration of Instruments

Dear Sir,

The following Instruments are due for calibration and required to be recalibrated at the
earliest possible for the upcoming and ongoing jobs
1. Salt conductivity meter
2. Surface profile gauge
We have planned to take the instruments out of the facility to get it calibrated as soon as
possible. Meanwhile, discussions have been made with a calibration center – Excellent
Calibration Services that is willing to calibrate and provide the calibration certificate at
the earliest. I kindly request you to give permission to take the instruments out for
calibration.
