Music club

Hi Linda,
Long time no see! How is life? I hope you and your family are well.
Did you know that the neighbourhood, who lives nearly the club’s concert venua
complains about the noise in the evening.
I suggest that our club should start and finish earlier than usual, maybe we start
from 5 p.m to 9 p.m. We will not be play late at night.

Dear Mr John,
My name is Ngoc Dieu and I have been a member of music club for 2 years. I
am writing regarding your letter about the club’s music issues.
According to the news that many times the neiborhood have been disccontented
to hear the noise of our music show in the evening.
I would ventre some of my suggestion. I highly recommend if we start and
finish easier than normal, we will not be playing late at night. Moreover, we can
organize some outdoor concerts especially, in some events like Mid- Autumn
festival, holiday or event weekends in order to support and encourage our
neighbours playing music.
