Learning Outcome:
 Learned the extraction of essential oil from different plants samples.
 Optimized the process for the extraction of essential oil using steam distillation.
 Reduced the handling cost of the essential oils.
 Developed methodologies for optimum production so that the small scale industries can grow up.
 Accomplished the HAZOP study for the steam distillation.
