1060 BOI Star Mahila Savings Bank Accounts on the occasion of

International Women’s Day, which is a truly remarkable performance.
In the fierce competitive scenario, Team efforts are phenomenal and
worthy of appreciation. Lucknow Zone with proportion of their 2/3 rd
branches under Rural & Semi Urban, such performance is worth sharing
with rest of the Zones.
We request other Zones to intensify their efforts for opening of Newly
Launched Savings & Current Accounts to make handsome contribution to
CASA.
In this connection, we refer to our communication to all Zones vide IOM
Ref.No.HO:RM:VMP:2013-14/ 320 dated 11th March, 2014 conveying
that “Each branch should ensure to cover at least one depositor
through CASA Linked TERM INSURANCE PLAN and open one
new STAR MAHILA SB account on 14 th March 2014 (Friday). It is
further requested that all branches should repeat the performance by
canvassing at least one Star Mahila Account and one CASA linked
Term Insurance plan on 21st March 2014 (Friday).
I am sure, your Zone will utilize the remaining days of the current
financial year in an effective manner so that the Zones achieve and
surpass the budgets of FY 2013-14.
