To pass the course you need to


- get an overall mark of 5 or above
- get a mark of 5 or above on the final exam
- get more than 50% of the combined possible total for the speaking and writing sections
of the exam
- attend at least 80% of the classes in the course.
- have completed all the continual assessment.

Final Examination
The final examination consists of five parts.

 Writing 20
 Listening 15
 Reading 15

Progress tests
There will be two progress tests. Your teacher will provide you with more details about what specific material will be included. Check the course plan for dates.
