Dear sir/madam,

RE: PROGRAMME ON DEWORMING

We are rolling out a program on deworming to students of your school. We will do the distribution to a
limited number of students per day. We shall be targeting 20 students per day and to avoid crowding we
request they report to the nursing room in an orderly number with their UPI numbers.

As stipulated by the MOH, we shall be doing this after every 3 months.
